Abit NF7-s not acting properly (where can I find alarms signal specs)

Ok I have a NF7-s, and when I try to turn it on, after a while an audible alarm starts to go off. Is this the CPU over heat alarm, or is there an alarm that goes off if it does not detect a CPU fan. I have a water cooling setup so there is no fan on the processor. Anyway if there is somewhere to find the alarm signal key I would appreciate it.

Sorry to repost, but I am pretty sure that was the problem. (overheating) In any case I dont know why the heatsink must not be in good contact with the CPU. What temperature is to high? I can set it to auto shutdown on that temp.

Actually good sir, I did, perhaps I missed it. I assumed it would be in the Troubleshooting section, but I suppose that was a faulty illogical place to look. In any case, I am now certain of what the problem was, and I am simply trying to see why the heatsink does not appear to be cooling the CPU sufficiently. Very strange.

Look at the obvious.

1.) make sure the HS lip is on the correct side.
2.) make sure the clip is oriented properly (some clips are offeset if install backwards)
3.) make sure thermal paste is applied properly.
