Abit NF7-S bios settings. Dampening video performance?

I just got a replacement mobo and I got everything installed and running similar to my last setup, which was an MSI K7N2.

This Abit board has a few bios settings I am not familiar with, like os/2 compatibly, enable idf using os/2 and more than 64mb memory?? enable/disable?

Video ram cachable? enable? disable?

Shadow bios?

Fast write?

Also, I just bought a 6800gt by PNY and I used to have a 6800oc by BFG and it seems the 6800gt doesnt run much better through benchmarks.

My cpu is 2500 barton at 2.2 w/ 512ocz and 256 kingston ddr400
enermac 431 psu
6800gt 256 mb gddr3

3dmark 2003 "11000ish"
aquamark 03 "35999ish"

Just want to make sure bios settings im overlooking arent messing with system performance and what not.

Fast write?Most peeps say it leave it off cuz it causes problems. I have not yet had probs with it. Mine is on.

aquamark 03 "35999ish" This seems too low. With my Barton @ 2200mhz and my 9800p OC'd to XT speeds I am getting about 44,000-45,000. Maybe you had AA & AF set up high?
