ABIT NF-M2 and Memory Settings

I've put a number of systems together, but never have had to manually setup the bios to recognize the standard settings of the memory.

Components that I'm working with:
1) ABIT NF-M2 Motherboard
2) Corsair TWIN2X1024-6400C [4-4-4-12-2T] memory

I've read through this Corsair White Paper to understand what each number of the [4-4-4-12-2T] means so I know what to change in the bios, but the system will not boot and just beeps when I boot up.

However not all the settings match what is listed in the bios for the motherboard. Below is what is shown on the DRAM Configuration page.

DRAM Timing Selectable - Auto
X - DRAM Clock DDRII 533
X - TwTr Command Delay 2 Clocks
X - Trfc0 for DIMM1 105 ns
X - Trfc1 for DIMM2 75 ns
X - Trfc2 for DIMM3 75 ns
X - Trfc3 for DIMM4 75 ns
X - Write Recovery Time(Twr) 4 Clocks
X - Precharge Time(Trtp) 2 Clocks
X - Row Cycle Time(Trc) 17 Clocks
X - RAS2CAS R/W Delay(Trcd) 4 Clocks
X - RAS to RAS Delay(Trrd) 2 Clocks
X - Row Precharge Time(Trp) 4 Clocks
X - Min. RAS Act-Time(Tras) 12 Clocks
X - DQS Timing Training Skip DQS
X - CKE Base Power Down Mode Enabled
X - CKE Base Power Down By Channel
X - Memclock Tri-Stating Disabled
Bottom of UMA DRAM [31:24] FC
Memory Hole Remapping Enabled
DRAM ECC Enable Disabled
X - DRAM MCE Enable Disabled
X - Chip-Kill Mode Enable Disabled
X - DRAM ECC Redirection Disabled
X - DRAM Scrub Rate Disabled
X - L2 Cache Scrub Rate Disabled
X - DCache Scrub Rate Disabled
Auto Optimize Bottom IO Enabled
X - [31:24] IO Space C0

This is what is shown in the User Manual, not what my default was when I started up. I do remember (because I'm not at the computer) that the bios was recognizing DDRII 533 memory. I changed the voltage to 2.1V for the memory because corsair says it runs at 2.1V. So of the above what do I change to 4 clocks, 12 clocks, and the 2T. I think the 2T was really the only thing puzzling me. Thanks in advance.

Nobody out there can help huh?

I found an AMD webpage that was also helpful. From both the Corsair White Paper mentioned in the first post and this page AMD Memory Info I have been able to determine that the #-#-#-#-#T for memory represent CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-Command Rate measured in cycles.

If I start up the computer and select the following clock cycles:

CL = 4
tRCD = 4
tRP = 4
tRAS = 12
Command Rate = 2T

and select 2.1V for the DDR in the Bios the system will not start and repeatedly annunciates 1s long beeps, which I know is a memory error for the Award Bios. I left all the other setting on the page as they were under the Auto selection and just changed the parameters above. Do you know what I may be doing wrong. It there a setting that I'm forgetting to change?

What's wrong is probably Corsair RAM not capable of running at spec. :|

<<< Unhappy owner of Corsair XMS RAM that runs worse than Corsair ValueRAM.

You may want to try asking here. Towards the end of that epic long thread (last few pages) people start talking about this board, so some there may have used it. I do plan on buying one... maybe ordering tonight and taking advantage of the Paypal free shipping deal with Newegg.
