Hello-
Been trying to get audio out on my abit Matx htpc. I currently get video out of the hdmi port to the hdmi in on my TV. The TV is a LG 40 inch lcd that looks fine at 1080i. Tried to download the hdmi driver from realtek and it didnt install in this motherboard. I updated the audio driver and tried to reinstall the hdmi audio driver as well and it still wont install. I went to abit site and the downloads for this motherboard have been pulled from the site, wtf!!!!
Spent the better part of the day trying to figure it out. Secondly, does anyone know why the bios and bootload splash screen do not show as it starts up at 720P ? I have a bad feeling the tv does not support whatever the resolution the boot screen and bios show in so do I have to drag a monitor from the office upstairs to get into the bios or is there some Catylist control setting I have missed.
