Abit KT7A with Athlon XP 1900+

Anyone has a Athlon XP working with a non-v1.3 KT7A board?
Do i need a bios update or something to make it work?

Yes you need the latest Bios update (64) problem is people say they can't boot computer you have to do a reboot to get into windows.

so people need to boot up their comp then reboot their computer again inorder to get into window?

but as I understand it, the only issue with XPs on the KT7A occurs during POST. If the board fails to POST just hit the reset button and it should now run. Once running the XP works just fine. But you do need BIOS 64.
