Abit KT7A users ATTN: voltage question

I have a Forton 300watt P/S and an Abit KT7A. When I crank the voltage to 1.85 I only get 1.83-1.84.

the 3.3v reads 3.27
5v - 4.91
12v - 11.65


what is going on here?
 
I actually get MORE voltage for the core than I set it too.

To get the default 1.75 I have to set to 1.725, for example.
