Abit KT7A-RAID reboot problems

Hi, I have a little problem. I just built a machine with an Abit KT7A-RAID motherboard, Athlon 1.2 GHZ CPU, 2x20GB HDDs, 512 MBs PC133 Micron RAM, Teac 3.5" floppy and a Matrox G400 AGP card.

The first time I plugged in the power and turned it on, it worked fine, but after installing Linux and rebooting for the first time, the system hung, no video, but hard drives and PSU were still on. I pulled out the power and plugged it back in, and pushed the power button, and it booted fine again. I checked all cables and connectors, and they're on tight. What could be the problem? Everytime I do a reboot, the system hangs.
