Hi All!
I hope someone can give me hint, what might be the problem with my computer:
One of the reasons to buy the Abit KT7A-Raid was the ISA-slot. So I could still use my 8 year old Creative SB16 Pro ISA with Yamaha Wavetable.
Unfortunately the following problem occurs:
I can't boot from floppy disk, if the soundcard is installed.
If I read any files from a floppy disk - those files get corrupted without an error
As soon as I remove the SB from the system, everything works just fine.
The SB16 doesn't have any jumpers to select DMA, IRQ, Adress. The IDE connector on it is deactivated via a jumper.
Can anybody help me??
