Abit KT7A raid bus speed limit???

I Bought an Abit KT7A RAID and and 1.2 Ghz tbird. I also bought some ram capable of running 150 at cas 2. I can succesfully overclock the 1.2Ghz to 1.43 at 10x143. everything beyond that bus speed is unstable. i cannot run 9.5 x 150 = 1425 which makes me think that my busspeed is the limiting factor. i use prime95 to test my box for stability and i can run it for "days" at 10 x 143 = 1430 but only 2 minutes at 10 x 144 =1440. It does not crash. prime95 just stops and says that i have a possible hardware error. my chip is not runnig hot either. 31c idle and the max i have seen is 53 after prime95 sandraburn in test and cpu stabilititester ram at the sam tim for hours.

could it just be my chipset not handeling more than 143mhz bus or could it be a problem with proper cooling on the chipset??

plz advice

I just got my kt7a and was running my tbird 750 @ 7x150 and it was perfectly stable, until you went to 3d games....my UT crashed randomly and Deus Ex had a whole bunch of artifacts and stability issues. It has to do with the pci/agp speed i believe, but it doesnt really matter, im quite dissapointed with the performance gain from the higher bus speed. now running at 7.5x141 with minimal improvement over my kt7 where i was at 105x10

Okay, I have a question:
I am running a KT7A-RAID and a 900 MHz Thunderbird. How do I set my FSB Speed to 133 MHz? Every time I try to set it myself, (I've tried 5, 5,5 and 6 as the multiplier)it crashes out and won't boot. PLs. Help.

"dcviper" I think it might be your ram do not have your ram speed at Host + PCI this will have your ram running at ??200 mhz I do not think you can do that.

I have a KT7A Raid as well and I have my 1.1 Tbird running at 1333 mhz. 10 X 133

I have a Abit KT7A, 1GHz Thunderbird Retail box, (2) Crucial 256MB PC133 CAS2. I can't set my FSB to 133MHz either. It won't even boot up. Please advice. Thanks
