Abit KT7a (KT133A) having problems with IDE driver

Apparently, using SiSoft ... I can max out at 2mbyte/sec read/write and crap. I'm running new BIOS and drivers, but ... nothing seems to work. Anyone help?

What do you mean with latest VIA driver? is it version 4.28?
