ABIT KT7A CPU core voltage Settings

Hi,

is it possible to rise the cpu's core voltage to anything higher than 1.85 on my KT7A-Raid? Softmenu only shows values up to 1.85V.

This is sertenly posible, but you have to do a little modification on your mainboard. You have to solder some resistors on it.

After the mod. they were able to set it to 2.70V !

But be aware some soldering skill is required.

Be VERY aware of the soldering skills part like he mentioned.. someone was selling a board on the FS forum he butchered with that trick attemp..
