Abit KT7a and amd 1400

Hi

I have an abit kt7a with a 750 athlon chip works great overclocked no problem. I am using a 300w power supply from enlight. I flashed the bios to version 3R and still works fine. I just received an athlon 1400(133) with a global win cak38 cooler. System totally fails to even post anything. No video, no bios just blank.

Any ideas appreciated.

Are you using PC-133 RAM? Are there any beeps when it boots up?

Yes I am using PC133 ram. There are no beeps just see lights go on for the hard drive and the dvd and cdrw drives. Nothing on the screen
