Abit KT7A + 1.2ghz 266 TB = ?

I just received the following that I ordered:

Enlight 7237 Case
Abit KT7A
1.2 ghz AMD Thunderbird 266mhz FSB
Creative Sound Blaster Live Value
MSI GeForce2 Pro 64MB
Philips 8x4x32 CDRW

I'm going to be dual booting Win98SE and Win2k Advanced Server.

i've read quiet a few KT7A problems in here lately (especially with the bios 3C version).

Now, my question is... anyone with similar setup have any problems upon assembly that I should know about before I start assembling? Also, what should I do with the bios on the KT7A? should I flash it to latest or leave it alone?
