Abit KT7 with mouse problem

I have searched these forums and some people are having probs with their PS2 port for this board. Does anyone know how to fix this or do I have to send my board back? The mouse worked for a few days, but I replaced the heatsink and ever since...no PS2 mouse. I checked thoroughly to make sure I connected everything back together well. Any help?

there have been alot of reports of bad PS/2 ports, sounds like you got one. I'd RMA the board for a new one.
