Abit KT7 W2K BIOS flash=how?

The book says I need DOS but there isn't one in W2K,I thought. So how do I do it? I want to use the latest BETA because it offers higher multiplier speeds, up to 1700Mhz

which BIOS is this? Cuz my 1.3GHz is almost useless bein underclocked cuz of the damn 12.5x multiplier on the KT7 YH BIOS

I just installed that BIOS. It does absolutely nothing for supporting CPUs above 1.25GHz.
It still tries to run my 1.3 at 104x12.5=1300, but Windows still freezes shortly after bootup.
The only new option I saw was PCI Bus Time-Out under Advanced Chipset Features.
