I just need RAM for the system I am building now. From what I have heard only Mushkin and Micron and the likes will suffice. I would like 128megs, and from what I understand I need pc133. Now it ought to stop there, but no, they have gone and thrown in "Rev 2" and "Rev 43" and such. Now, how to phrase this question appropriately...What can I get away with? is Rev 2 top quality? How many kinds are there? what do you use with your duron?
Thanks! :)

Crucial Has Great Ram & an easy selector that will walk you through getting the correct ram for your system (crucial makes micron)

Ive just swapped out 2x sticks of Crucial Cas2 7ns ram for some Mushkin rev2 :)

This is the only way i could break the 150mhz ram barrier at fastest settings on my KT7 raid :(

Now running my Mushkin @ 156mhz 3.50v stable as a rock :D

Go Mushkin if my experience is anything to go by?

I have a Duron 600 @ 900MHz on a KT7 mobo. I'm using an NEC, PC-133, CAS-2 128MB stick. As soon as I can I'm going to swap it out for Micron or Mushkin only because I'm sure the NEC is what's holding me back from going beyond 900MHz.
