Abit KT7-RAID won't soft reboot or power off

Ok, so I no doubt connected something wrong. Or maybe it's my case (CasEdge brand.)

When I choose shutdown or Reboot from Windows, my machine doesn't shutdown or reboot, and not only does the reset button not work, but the POWER button doesnt work.

My only recourse is to cycle the power at the power strip, which is bad for all of my hardware. Has anyone else had this behavior with either the CasEdge line of cases, or the Abit KT7-RAID?

Otherwise, the MB is great. I'm very happy with it.

Check your power managment settings in the BIOS, I am running with ACPI disabled and APM controlled by OS set to False. However I am running Win98, not SE and I have heard of problems with SE shutting down. I don't know what the solution was though.
