Abit KT7-Raid won't run !

Hi,
I just got the Abit KT7-100 mobo and a Duron 700.
When switching on the power the mobo starts but then
4 beep sounds come and the mobo goes down. No chance to enter the bios.

Appreciate any help and infos !
 
Well try to reseat the ram. Reseat the video card, some times AGP cards are a bitc# to get installed correctly. If that doesn't do any good, pull the CPU and re-insert it to make sure it is getting good contact.
