Abit KT7-Raid OR Asus A7T ?which to buy ?

Hello. I have the following dilema:
Which mobo to buy :

ABIT KT7-RAID VIA KT133 3DIM UDMA100 6PCI 1ISA 1AGP ATX -- $144.00

OR

ASUS A7V VIA KT133 Socket A UDMA100 3DIM 5PCI ATX --- $142.00

Both prices are from bunta.com. I would like to have your opinion which one is better choise. I DO NOT PLAN to use RAID. I plan to O/C Duron as much as possible!

Mwave has the non-RAID Abit for $130, and the MSI 6330 Pro2 (I'd call before to make sure it's a Pro2) for $111. The Pro2 is only ATA66 if that matters to you. If ATA 100 is not a factor, the Pro2 is probably a better choice that the Abit or Asus.
 
Some versions of the MSI-PRO2 have the special Promise Card included. Since it does not have a bios chip of its own it only works with the MSI mobo. Not sure how to determine if the card is included. I'd also give the heads up to the EPOX mobo.
 
How come the Epox mobo is so cheap ?? I am just scared to buy it and then be a piece of junk. I want to o/c duron 700 to at least 1ghz
