Abit KT7-RAID locking up

I'm almost done setting up my new Abit KT7-RAID mobo with Windows 98SE using an Athlon 800 TB. However, it's locking up on me after I add my Creative Labs Dxr3 decoder card. I'm using BIOS vUL103 and VIA drivers 4.25.

I tried to install Windows 2000 Professional on it, but it kept locking up with just my video card in it (Stealth II G460).

Which slot are you trying to put it in? What are you other system components besides the decoder card?
About the Win2k install, are you crashing with a blue screen where it says something like, no destination found?

I put the decoder card in slot 4. I have the following other cards:

Voodoo 2 - Slot 6
SBLive - Slot 3
LT Modem - Slot 2
Stealth II G460 - AGP

When I had Win2k on it, it booted up and I logged in without any problems. It would lock up when I would do anything.

If you don't need it, try disabling your 2 serial ports in the bios. Disabling those freed up some irq's for me. Hope this helps.
