Has anyone had a problem with the board not detecting IDE ports? I installed the board on Monday and today it will not detect my IDE (CDR or DVD). I have 2 HD's on the raid IDE connections and the dvd and cdr on the standard white IDE connections. They are on one cable (the cdr and dvd) but it has been working like that with no problem. I tried moving the cable to the other ide (IDE 3 to IDE 2) but still no detection. When I go into bios it shows there but that is it. I am thinking the board maybe hot (it has been running for 2 days) but I rebooted several times.
 
Could not find that registry entry. I did cut the computer off and let it sit for 30 mins. Came back and fired it up and voila! the dvd and cdr reappeared. Not sure what the deal is. oh well, the world of computers : )
