Trying to get STR to work in Win2K.
Ive got the mobo jumpered right for it.
When i select suspend it shuts down immediately but when i try to restart i have to use the power switch as nothing else will wake it up, hmmm? When it starts it beeps at me once and then hangs on the Video card bios screen?
Ive installed SP1 for Win2K and made sure that all the drivers for my cards are the latest but still no joy
Im using the TL bios and my system has a Tbird, Abit KT7 raid, 3 sticks Crucial PC133 ram, Hercules GF2 MX, SBLive 1024, D-Link Nic, Haupauge TV card, MS Ergonomic Keyboard, MS Intellimouse with Intellieye. Ive enabled the check box for mouse to wake up from suspend in mouse properties but does not work?
Goin to try updating the bios to UL next and see if that helps
Oh i wish that i could start my PC up from the keyboard like with my Asus P3V4X Hope Abit goin to put in the bios in future?
If anyone can offer me some help i'd be real chuffed,
