Abit kt7 raid Guru's please I need info...

Just baught the KT7 raid board for my system. Im putting these items with it...
t-bird 750@1100 it should work its working on my A7V
IBM deskstar GXP 30gig 7200rpm ATA100
Creative G-Force 2 64megs
Creative sound blaster live
2 sticks of Mosel Vitalic 128megs CAS-2 PC-133
toshibia cd-rom
3com nic card
sony floppy
What would be your view of setting this system up to run the best.. Like what mother board bios to use?
Which drivers to load and what order??? What setting to use in my bios to get the best performence little settings that i should know about. Thanks you guys for all and any info...
