Abit KT7 RAID - Fan Replacements?

The fan on the NorthBridge is loud and shaky, have people just removed the whole cheapy Abit HSF assembly and replaced it w/ just a larger HS?

Yours may just be dirty.. clean it thoroughly and see what happens.

It seems similar to removing a fan on a video card... Just unbolt the board, push out the retaining pins, etc... Put a BLORB on it, or something similar.
