abit kt7 bios flash - rookie needs help

I just downloaded the newest bios for my kt7, but I have never done it before. I've read where you can mess stuff up. If you coukd can you give me some quick instruction.

Extract to bootable floppy,reboot with floppy,run Runme.bat,enjoy your new bios.

bigpig: why are you flashing your bios? I ask only because I also have a KT7. I don't have the latest bios but from what I've seen at Abit's site, it won't fix any issues I have. (This is the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" principle in action.)
