ABIT KT7 and 1Gig Athlon first time setup problems

Well, it's creating my primary dos partition right now on my raid'ed 30 gig deskstars and going *really* slowly. That's not the main problem. Every time I boot, it gives me a "CPU is unworkable or has been changed, check setting in Soft Menu". This is only after I changed the cpu setting to 1 Gig. Everything seems to be working fine, but I get that error every time I boot and have to hit F1 to continue. What's up with that?? Is that normal?? Is there a way to get rid of it?? Please HELP!!

I just flashed my bios and no change. Still get that error message. I can see that people have the exact combo of the abit kt7 raid and the gig T-bird, can anyone help?

Where did you get your hard drives?
I just orderd 2-30gig IBM 100/s myself along with the Abit KT7 Raid won/t get ti for a couple of weeks though. Maybe you have Ultra 66 instead of 100

I am not sure if its the same with the KT7 but on my ABIT BF6 there is a thing in the bios when you overclock or set the CPU parameters there is a thing similar to "Speed on Error Hold" Or somethign like that... check in your bios where it could say something like that.
