Abit KR7A-133 RAID - Northbridge Help plz

I'm thinking of getting an Abit KR7A-133 RAID. I am also considering a watercooling solution where i can cool the northbridge as well as the CPU. What i want to know:

Is the northbridge HSF attached by a plastic clip design, or is is just stuck on?

plastic clip type on mine.

Plastic clips... with a booger for thermal paste. It was covering maybe 1 square cm in the center of the northbridge.
