hi
i have just installed the latest bios release to this board to try and solve a little problem im having with it.
for some reason its only working at 2x agp and i cant change it in the bios, theres no other options!
i have noted down the long number on left hand bottom of the boot up screen, it was :

11/18/2002 VT88386A - 8233 - 6A6LVA1AC-CX

what should i do? thanks for the help to all those who reply!

You could leave it (2x to 4x = small). Sure you didnt see agp control in BIOS?
Maybe update the BIOS firmware?

(btw this was one of the most reliable mainboards id ever used 🙂)

it wasnt the problem..
i think i might have flashed the bios with the wrong update and somehow its knocked it back to only being at 2x agp.
i have just installed or flashed with another kr7a bios and its now working at 4x agp as well, which im thankfull for!
i go for abit because they are like you say, reaible and they dont go wrong.. often! (unless the stupid idot using it flashes it with the wrong bios!!! lol)
thanks for the help anyways
