abit kr7 RAID, win2k, and audigy probs

Has anyone gotten this mobo to work under win2k with an audigy sound card? Please lemme know. Each time i install a new pci card or any new hardware, i always get an error "ntoskrnl.exe is corrupt or missing. please replace the file". any ideas out there? pleae lemme know soon. i also have a adaptec scsi card, 3con NIC, geforce 1 sdr, and a real hollywood mpeg decoder, 2x256 pc2100 registered crucial ddr ram, a 60gxp, and a 75gxp.

anyone get this thing up perfectly under win2k??? each time i reset, i have to repair my win2k directory. this is really annoying, plus everything isn't working right. please let me know.

Have not got my audigy yet. Have seen the error on my KR7A under win2k. Occurred when overclocked and on startup. Am also using scsi card with boot disk for 2k. Had to set pci delay transaction to enable. May be the same if you are overclocking and it works when at default speed.
