I've decided to give up with the Asus M2N-E. Even if I could get it to install Windows without crashing, the most important thing to me is stability, and it doesn't seem like I'll ever get it with that piece of crap, judging by others continuing problems. So I'm pretty much decided that I'm going to go for this Abit motherboard. I've downloaded the manual and I'll have a quick scan through it, but I was hoping someone with a bit more technical knowledge could just look over my components and see if they can spot any obvious problems with compatibility or whatever. Is the fact that it's using the same chipset as the Asus an issue? Also does anyone have any experience with this motherboard or know of any common problems with it?

Anyway, here's my system at the moment:
Asus M2N-E to replace
Athlon 64 X2 4200+ AM2
2 x Corsair Value Select 1GB PC5300 DDR2 RAM
Asus EN7300GS 256MB DDR2 Graphics Card
2 x Samsung SP120 250GB SATA2 Hard Drives
Samsung 16X DVD ROM
Samsung SH-S162L DVD-Writer
Sony Floppy Drive
Antec Truepower II 480W PSU
Antec P180 Case
Windows XP Professional x64

Any help appreciated.
