they should work together although you may have to install only 1 DIMM at first to allow you to get into the BIOS & increase the Vdimm from the jedec spec. 1.8V.
Also OCZ may be able to provide you with a new SPD if you already have the RAM.
if you don't & you want OCZ Plat try to get Rev. 2.
