Abit KN8-Ultra nForce Fan

What are my options on replacing the nforce 4 fan. It has gotten rather loud lately. I know these Abit chipset fans are bad, and I really don't want to have to RMA the whole board just for this problem...... anyone here know where I can get an alternative cooling solution, that will work with this MOBO?
