I installed nTune but when I try to run the Nvidia Monitor I get this:

"Your System does not have BIOS support to launch NVMonitor.exe"

Do most boards support this application? I thought with a new SLI board this wouldn't be any problem.

Any thoughts or help on this?

I don't think that you will find too many people that agree with you on that - there are probably better utilities for what you want.
So, what exactly do you want it to do?
 
All I wanted to do was just check it out and see if it would run on my box that was all.
