Abit KG7-Lite and 9700 Pro - POST Beeps

Are there compatibility issues with KG7-Lite, Sparkle FSP400-60GN, and 9700 Pro Video card? Seem to be having a random POST issue [post beeps indicate the video card is not installed - when it actually is!]. This has happened with 2 different Sapphire 9700 cards.

just hit reset and it should work just fine, you might have to do it a few times but it should work. stumped me for a while too.

btw many asus boards had the same trouble but they have released bioses to fix the situation, send abit an email like i did and hopefuly they will stop being lazy and do something about it.

Thanks - seems to be working - wish I would've known about the ASUS issue before RMA'ng the board. If I were to take an "electronic educated" guess, I would assume the mobo AGP slot isn't getting the necessary voltage to the video card on a cold boot.

Ah well - maybe this is a sign that I should upgrade to a KT333 chipset mobo and 2700 memory..
