ABIT KG7 AMD 761 MOBO

I have an abit kt7a-raid mobo with a 1.2 gig athlon tbird on it.
Can I put that cpu on the abit kg7 amd 761 mobo?

P.S. The raid board no longer works

Yep, it will work fine..although you will need DDR memory.
