ABIT-KA-7 problem with RAM

I've tried various PC-133 sticks of RAM and it still doesn't work on my KA-7 motherboard at 133. I've had a PC-133 stick that doesn't work at 133 because it's a generic standard mid-grade quality, however I recently bought and tried 128 MB PC-133 Siemens RAM, and a 128 MB PC133 MICRON sticks and they still don't work at 133. Anybody know how to fix this? I did try each stick 1 by 1.

Here's my computer:
Motherboard: ABIT KA-7
CPU: AMD-ATHLON 750
MEMORY: 1-Generic 64 MB PC-133, 1-Siemens 128 MB PC-133, & 1-Micron 128MB PC-133

Also to add on, when I set the settings to work at 133 my computer won't even start up. I get the power and everything and no visual.

Set the bios for PC 100 and see if that helps you boot up.

Also set up your board to run at 100 FSB and the multipliers at X 7.5
