Abit IT7 Max 2 troubles..Help!

I need help with my Abit IT7-Max 2.

When I try to boot up all I get is long beeps.

Beeps, stops, beeps, etc........

I'm using a 512MB stick of Samsung PC 3200...

I can't get it to boot and I feel like memory is the problem.
Just replaced my TH7-II with this board and would love to see it in action.

Any ideas?

Pull and re-seat everything..Do memory twice. See if that works.

Pulled CPU and memory, maybe I need to start all over.
