ABIT IS7 Sound?

Would it be worth it to replace the onboard sound with a Santa Cruz Turtle Beach or would it be a waste of money? It would be for my second system (gaming only), no speakers just head phones and some voice chat.

I want to know this too, but for the IC7. I heard that it has a microphone problem (not enough sound going to it)
