A few days ago I have ordered on Newegg Abit IS7, P4 2.4c, 2x256 Crucial 3200 RAM, Prolink Ti4200 and Antec SLK3700, put it together and ... nothing. Fans are running, LEDs on board are on (one green, one red), no sound on the boot and no output to display. :( I was able to check video card (it's fine), but cannot check the rest of components. CPU looks kinda fine, at least it is getting hot (checked cooler).

Is there something I can do before exchanging motherboard? Could I miss something assembling system?

Try running the board outside of the case. Also, make sure your CPU fan is plugged in (some boards won't POST if a fan isn't detected) and make sure the auxiliary 4 pin square power connector is attached. Also, try running it without RAM or video card, to see if you can induce error beeps.
