ABIT IS7 - Power Input Connectors

I have an ABIT IS7.

The user manual is a bit vague regarding the power input connectors.

There are two on the motherboard:

ATX12V(ATX12V1)

and

ATXPWR1


My power supply has corresponding cables for both inputs. Am I supposed to plug both of these in to the motherboard?

Yes, both need to be plugged in.
