ABIT IS7 Onboard Audio

Last night I ordered an ABIT IS7-E for my new 2.4C-based system. I see it has integrated 5.1 audio, but can't seem to find many reviews online that mention the audio quality. For those of you who own an IS7 board, how good does the onboard sound? For comparison I'm currently using a Philips Seismic Edge 4.1 card and my speakers are Altec Lansing ATP3 30W (2.1). My concern isn't with the best surround sound, but rather just decent audio quality... my parents' system has an MSI KT3 Ultra2 mobo and the onboard sound is absolutely worthless, and I'm just hoping this isn't like that.

Not sure on the IS7-E since that is the cheap version, but I have the regular IS7 and it has surround sound and the sound to me is fantastic. I don't see the point of add on cards when the sound is this good.

Thanks for the info. I'm pretty sure the E version has the same sound, the $10 price difference is due to lack of Firewire and RAID I believe.
