I have Abit IS7 MB, with Intel P4 2.4B overclocked to around 2.9 with Radeon 9600pro, and antec 350 PSU.
I noticed that when I boot up my computer, it makes a loud noise, which dies off after like 5 minutes of use. Also, the chipset fan spins fast initially when booted up, and after that it just spins very very slow...like about 1 rev about a sec or less.
Any ideas why?
Overall, the computer seems a little noisy than when I first built it. Can this be the cause? There are no issues performance wise or stability wise.
But the extra noise is getting to me.
