IP Pro is a good board, but there are several major issues.

1. Guru can cause BIOS corruption, requiring the user to clear CMOS.
2. Guru can interfere with fan speed control. To fix this problem you may need to disconnect power and/or reset CMOS.
3. RAID function can be a tad clunky. This is probably due to Jmicron.
4. 1394a is very slow...about 14.4MB/sec.
5. Heat pipe is prone to poor contact at the MOSFETs, resulting in high PWM temperature.

IP35-E is virtually identical to IP35 Pro in the oveclocking department. It doesn't have a thermal issue at the MOSFET heat sink. The BIOS is very stable. There's even a Beta BIOS to address the double post. The board can also control the speed of a 2-wire fan. Note that you don't have RAID or 1394a with IP35-E. I personally prefer to buy a quality RAID and/or 1394a cards as needed. A separate card works better, and can be re-used with another PC. $10 for 1394a card, and $30 for RAID card.
