Abit IP35-E

I have been just tickled with the ease of installation of this board. Having come from the AMD side of the house, I have not had to wrestle with patches and a plethra of memory/cpu settings to get the most out of the system.

I'm currently working with the box sitting on my desk as I wait for some spring screws to secure my heatsink (those push pins are the pits and I don't trust them), and have an E6750 running 450x8 for 3.6 Ghz on stock volts with the stock cooler.

Overall the system is very quiet, stable and I'm not missing RAID nearly as much as I thought I would. Just thought I'd post a note.

To be honest I was a little worried. It wasn't until I read the entire thread on the IP35-E good deal that I really was sold on the idea. This is the first time I have not bought a "high-end" board to accomplish what I wanted to do. Most of my boards have been DFI, ASUS or MSI.

I will also say that the blue board looks really nice under blue led's in my case!

It's high on my list once I start gathering parts for my new system. I love Intel chipsets and I don't care about SLI, so this is a no brainer.
