Abit IP35-E cpu recommendations?

I currently have an E2160 running at 3.2 on this board. Is there anything that overclocks a bit that's faster available today? I have been out of the loop for about a year since I last built this system...
 
You can do what I did and get an E8400. 🙂

The quads work OK too, although you might want to consider additional mosfet cooling. If you want to OC a quad, you might want to look into a p45 board or better.
