ABIT IP35 CPU temperature huge difference in Windows & BIOS.

Just got ABIT IP35 and have been running for a week now.

I noticed that ABIT EQ utility reports the CPU temperature is around 23C to 25C at idle. However, in BIOS the temperature is always over 30C. Why is that, why such a big difference? And which one is correct?

 
I believe all boards run at 100% in BIOS. If you use the Beta BIOS, then the Abit EQ CPU temperature will be the same as the Coretemp temperatue, within 1 or 2C.
