Any one tried the newer E6500 (Wolfdale) on a Abit-IP-35-E

I need a simple Hyper-V Virtual Server.

I want to replace the current CPU (2180) that does Not support VT with E6500 that does VT, would the E6500 work on an old IP-35-E?
