ABIT IP 35 pro versions

don't know, mine is v1.1

why don't you post over at the abit forums to get an answer fast. they know their abit facts over there.

there are a few changes to caps bottom l/h of the board & they also appear to have changed the PLL chip model.
abit says that the changes were made purely for production purposes & that there should be no difference in performance between them.

Serpent,

What was the point? of 1.1. From everything I have heard, 1.0 is a great board, only bettered by the IP35-E 😉

I had IP35 Pro. Didn't overclock any higher with my E6320. Also had issue with BIOS corruption (*******) on screen requiring CMOS clear. Finally, the Pro board could not control my 2-wire 120 x 38mm Panaflo.

abit say production purposes - maybe they couldn't get enough stock of certain parts or maybe they got a better deal on others.
