Ok, so I got it up and running, installed Vista, did some vista updates. I tried doing some more updates and Vista locked up, I had to use the reset button on the case because ctrl alt del didn't do anything. So when I reboot, I get the splash screen then it goes to Sil 3132 SATAlink Bios version 7.3.13 Says some copywright stuff then just sits there. I tried turning the computer on and off again, still sits there, did it again, still it just sits there. I unplugged the power and plugged it back in and finally it boots up again. I try windows updates again, this time it locks up just like before. Force restart it and again it's stuck at this screen after the bios splash screen.

Has anyone here had an IN9 32xmax? Have you ever had similiar issues with it? Could a bios update possibly fix it? Is there a way to install a bios update without a 3 1/2 floppy with Abit?
