Generally feedback seems to be rather lackluster, however, it does seem that 1.3B1 is the first that actually has EIST functioning correctly, throttling down the CPU clock when idle.
I am on 1.2B6 at the moment, after a brief and bitter stay with the 1.1 bios. 1.2B3 seems to be fairly popular though.
